Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using MyBot (the "Service"), operated by RCS OFFICIAL("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

MyBot is a SaaS platform that lets resellers connect their own Smile.one (or compatible) reseller account with a Telegram bot to sell in-game top-ups. We provide automation, IGN verification, wallet, analytics and delivery infrastructure. We do not sell game currency directly to end users.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, Smile.one API keys, and Telegram bot tokens.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account and connected bots.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed securely through Razorpayand other authorised payment gateways. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method until you cancel.

• All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
• Applicable taxes (including GST where required) will be added at checkout.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

You agree NOT to use MyBot to:

• Engage in fraud, chargeback abuse, money laundering, or any illegal activity.
• Resell or distribute the Service itself to third parties without written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Sell products that violate the terms of Smile.one, Telegram, or any upstream provider.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

MyBot integrates with third-party providers (Smile.one, Telegram, Razorpay, etc.). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or failures of these third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

All software, branding ("MyBot", "RCS OFFICIAL"), designs and content are the property of RCS OFFICIAL. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service per these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RCS OFFICIAL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-dashboard notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
